Your customers browse your custom catalog, select products by indicating the desired quantity, and add them to the cart. At checkout, you'll receive a detailed notification with the order summary directly to your Arlessa panel and optionally to your WhatsApp number to close the sale.

At the moment we don't offer custom domain or subdomain connection. However, we provide you with a unique and optimized Arlessa link so you can easily share your catalog on WhatsApp, Instagram and your other social networks.

It allows you to add promoters or sellers to assign them their own link to your catalog. They sell for you to their own customers and receive orders on their WhatsApp, so that the promoter then sends you all the consolidated orders. So they sell for you while you always keep full control of your catalog.

Of course! At Arlessa we don't have lock-in clauses. You can cancel your Basic, Entrepreneur or Pro plan subscription from your settings panel whenever you want, and you won't be charged anything more from the next billing period.

Your monthly credits are saved and remain available to you while your paid subscription is active. If you decide to cancel, you can use the remaining balance until the end of the current billing period.

The Entrepreneur Plan includes 25 AI image generations per month and the Pro Plan includes 250. On the monthly plan they renew automatically each month; on the annual plan the full year (300 generations on Entrepreneur, 3000 on Pro) is credited upfront. If you need more, you can purchase additional generation packs directly from your panel at preferential discounted rates.

Yes. With an annual plan the full year of AI image generations (Entrepreneur: 25 per month × 12 = 300; Pro: 250 per month × 12 = 3000) is credited to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, so you can use them whenever you want throughout the year.

Yes. Your store won't be deleted or go offline; it will automatically switch to the Free Plan. The catalog will remain active, but it will show ads and premium tools like the shopping cart, WhatsApp linking, multiple image uploads, the promoter network and brand customization will be disabled.

From any country you can pay with an international credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or with crypto, through Stripe. In some countries you can also pay with local methods: local cards, cash, bank transfers and QR or app payments. You choose between them at checkout.

Local methods are available in several Latin American countries. Depending on the country they include local cards, cash payments, bank transfers and QR or app payments, such as PIX in Brazil, Yape in Peru or OXXO in Mexico. The Pricing page shows the options for your country, and you can see them again at checkout.

Yes. Choose the international card and crypto option at checkout and, on the Stripe payment page, select US dollars (USD) as the currency: crypto is only offered when paying in USD.

It depends on how you pay. With an international card through Stripe, your plan renews automatically. With local methods you pay each period yourself: we notify you by WhatsApp and email a few days before your membership ends so you can renew it.
